PC Flight Simulators

I am a Engineer by trade and thats what I do during the day, 5 days a week.

In my free time I tend to spend time on the computer when my family is not requiring my time! And when I do get time, I like to “fly”.

That’s the reason I know about PC Flight Simulators!

I have watched the flight simulation games evolve from very simplistic software to complex, challenging and thrilling entertainment for all levels. Because PC Flight Simulators are easily down-loadable, there are also regular free updates and downloads.

I have come as close to flying as I ever will with pc flight simulators and especially like the game Flight Pro Sim which I purchased this year (2009).

I did have Microsoft Flight Sim X but found it drained my CPU and was having a few troubles. I noticed on the reviews that other people were having similar trouble and unless you have the top computer software, you won’t enjoy that 3d Airplane game. Although the graphics are amazing.

Anyway, I wrote this site to help others like myself to find and choose the best flight simulator for their needs. I believe that Flight Pro Sim will meet the needs of most people looking for flight sim downloads. This is because the aviation industry is catching onto the software and using it to train their pilots and crew.

This does not mean that Flight Pro Sim is too advanced for a new user. Heck, I got to know it, and I am not even a native English speaker (My wife wrote most of this stuff – she’s English!). The instruction manuals are clear and you just have to spend a bit of time getting to know the software.

Tutorials are available too and if you give yourself some time and stick with it, you will learn to fly soon enough.

I won’t say that you will become a master pilot overnight! Even in the real world that would be impossible and that is exactly why this software is so brilliant. Because it simulates the actual flying experience and you are constantly challenged to develop new skills as you handle different environmental conditions and emergency situations.

Anyway, I hope this site does the job of helping you decide if PC flight simulators such as Flight Pro Sim will be the right software for you.
